Position: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Location: UK-London
Status: Full Time, Permanent
Role:
Overall responsibility to expand our service sales and customer development of existing Clients, Building Owners and Developers in an assigned sales territory by providing technical and financial solutions in a partnering environment with their customers coupled with an efficient response to customer enquiries through technical and commercial expertise and engineering knowledge.
Responsibilities include:
• Achieve sales targets and development of customer accounts
• Develop and sell financial and economic solutions to building owner’s needs.
• Encourage customer loyalty and growth through strong support and assistance.
• Day to day selling activities including prospecting and sourcing / identifying sales opportunities, organising proposals, winning orders.
• Updating customer data
• Report sales performance and communicate customer’s requirements to the Service Director
• Updating on product range.
