Position: INTERNAL SALES ENGINEERS
Location: UK – All Regions
Status: Full Time, Permanent

Role:
Assist in providing quality back up service to field sales personnel, liaison also with customers to provide prompt and efficient response to customer enquiries (Air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge and computer familiarity preferred but training will be given and assistance with further education if required).

Responsibilities include:
• Encourage customer loyalty and growth through strong support and assistance.
• Review of specification and tender enquiries. 
• Daily activities including equipment selections, pricing, organising proposals.
• Updating customer data.
• Updating on product range.

Reporting:
• Report directly to Area Sales Managers

Salary:
• £20,000-£30,000 p.a.
• Mileage Allowance, Pension Fund (Optional, 5% contribution)
