Four Low Noise Chillers were specified for the prestigious Montevetro apartment complex overlooking the Thames, which holds in total 103 apartments.

The WRA 802/LN Chillers were installed at the heart of the building’s AC system, each with a cooling capacity of 187kW, serving the two-pipe fan coils, which provide cooling to the living room and bedroom spaces in each apartment.

All the Chillers are housed internally within the lower ground floor plant room areas demanding discrete, low noise operation and compact chiller design, which were both important factors in the project specification.

Providing chilled water to the system at 5.5oC and featuring high efficiency shell and tube evaporators, double suction centrifugal fans and microprocessor control for reliable and efficient cooling performance.

All Chillers are built strictly in accordance with ISO 9001/EN 29001 and every unit is rigorously and independently tested to the highest standards in purpose built, climatic test chambers. The Chillers carry full Eurovent certification as a guarantee of performance criteria.
