Three super quiet Climaveneta chillers from Powermaster Products have been lifted into place atop a new multi-storey office building leased to Canary Wharf’s biggest tenants, the commercial investment bank, Morgan Stanley.

With their impressive size for output ratio, each chiller is capable of delivering the 1270kW required and still fit onto the compact area available on the roof. The external location of the chillers also meant that acoustic performance was a major concern on the project.

Powermaster’s FE/SRAT 4808/SL chillers feature an impressively low operating noise level. Building services consultants for the project were Jaros Baum & Bolles (JB&B).
