Low noise chillers from Powermaster – quality tested and performance proven under strict design conditions – feature at the heart of the hi-spec, energy saving, comfort cooling, heating and ventilation systems installed in the new Bristol & West Headquarters at Temple Quay, Bristol.

Consulting engineers Hoare Lea specified six large capacity, screw compressor chillers from Powermaster’s popular Climaveneta range for the project. Renowned for their quiet operation, these FE/SRAT air cooled water chillers range in capacities from 156kW to 961kW and provide cooling for a variety of services within the building.

The decision to use Powermaster followed the successful completion of rigorous performance testing, monitoring and measurement trials, carried out to project specifications at the manufacturer’s purpose-built, climatic test chambers in Northern Italy.
